Ever have Bad Service at a restaurant?

Ever have really bad service at a restaurant. I did just the other night. Was sat at the smallest table with my wife and my 1 year old. Had to sit our son back six inches from the table so he couldn't reach anything. Before that they attempted to seat us at a raised table with our son sitting on a stack of three high chairs so wobbly I'm suprised no child has fallen and sued the restaurant out of existence yet. When my wife's food arrived it was wrong and the server left without offering to fix the error. By the time her food was corrected I was nearly done and our sons food was cold. Our waitress walked by the table 4 times without offering to refill a drink or ask how our food was. Left the smallest tip I have left in a year. Wrote a note on the receipt as to why too. Hope the manager sees that.

Of course, some people don't even make it to the table before they have bad service. What's your worst experience?

The author, Heidi, is a cookbook author herself and really understands what a reader is looking for in the exploration fo a recipe. Not just how to make it, but why it works. If you're looking for some advice one which recipes to make from your dusty cookbook collection, you could do much worse than start here.

Victoria & Albert's

Searching through recent reviews on Epionions I found this one for Victoria and Albert's at the Grand Floridian Resort. V&A is the only 5 star restaurant in central Florida. I have dined at it once, on my honeymoon, and totally concur with this reviewer. Price has gone up a bit in the last few years, but it's obvious the taste and service hasn't suffered at all. If you're a serious foodie or a serious Disney fan you should make a point of visiting V&As during your next Disney World trip.
